Soulara and Macros, both ready-meal subscription delivery services, were acquired by v2food in December 2023. Since the acquisition, sales for both brands had plateaued. While new meals were being developed, the brands required a campaign to drive commercial success during a pivotal period for the business.
This is a highly competitive category with a price-sensitive customer base. Our goal was to showcase the exceptional value of Soulara (plant-based meals) and Macros (designed for fitness enthusiasts) to meal preppers, demonstrating that we offer the optimal nutritional solution for their needs.
Research identified affordability, convenience, variety, and weight loss as key decision factors for customers choosing a ready-meal subscription.
Our 'Winter Menu' campaign effectively addressed these needs by positioning Macros and Soulara as the ultimate solutions, leveraging a blend of user-generated content (UGC) interviews and high-quality product visuals.
Throughout the campaign, we developed over 400 unique assets, rigorously testing variations in ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies. This iterative approach allowed us to quickly identify top-performing content, while continuously optimising for engagement and conversion rates.
By closely monitoring performance metrics at each stage, we ensured the campaign maintained its momentum, delivering impactful results from launch to completion.
The campaign has significantly shifted the business trajectory as they move into summer. With a strong foundation in place, the brand is now well-positioned to grow and capitalise on opportunities to cross-sell within their newly acquired customer base.
